GOLD SPONSOR

The Gold Sponsor receives recognition in all electronic and printed materials before and during the Symposium.


This includes

  • Named as a Gold Sponsor with an active link to your Web site in the e-mails to more than 16,000 aviation and emergency services professionals worldwide;
  • Your logo on the Symposium Web page linked to your Web site;
  • Up to five minutes of speaking time to address the audience during the opening session;
  • Your logo on front of the Symposium binder that is handed to each of the participants;
  • Informational material about your products/services to be included in the binder;
  • Up to two table-top exhibitions plus an outdoor exhibition spot;
  • Complimentary registration for up to 5 people.


Fee: US $10,000



Tote Sponsor

We will provide all Symposium attendees with a tote bag in which to carry their program binder and other materials.
As a sponsor of these tote bags you will receive

  • One indoor exhibition space (maximum 6 x 10 feet) or outdoor display opportunity;
  • Recognition as a tote bag sponsor in the printed & electronic Symposium materials;
  • Your company logo, name, or products printed on the bag together with the Symposium logo;
  • Opportunity to put informational materials or advertisement inside the bag;
  • Complimentary registration for up to 2 people.


Fee: US $2,250 (single advertiser)

If this sponsorship is split, the logos of up to three organizations can be printed on the bag (two advertisers: US $1,250 each; three advertisers: US $1,000 each).



Coffee/Refreshment Breaks

This is a low-cost, high exposure opportunity which comes into play during the Symposium breaks. Networking is the most important part of the event and all participants will have plenty of time to enjoy complimentary hot and cold beverages and pastry during the breaks.


As a sponsor, your organization will be recognized by

  • Napkins printed with your company logo (must be supplied);
  • Announcement before the break;
  • Signs and a display of your materials at the break area;
  • Listing as a break sponsor in the printed and electronic program.


Fee: US $1,200/break



 

Lunch Sponsor

All attendees will receive a complimentary first-class lunch on each day during the Symposium. You can sponsor one of these meals.


As a lunch sponsor, you will be recognized by

  • Signs or banners of your organization at the lunch area;
  • Up to five minutes to address the audience before the lunch break;
  • A silent video / screen presentation during the lunch;
  • Informational material about your products / services to be included in the binder;
  • Your Logo on the Symposium Webpage linked to your Website;
  • Display of your materials / advertisements on all lunch tables;
  • Listing as a lunch sponsor in the printed and electronic program;
  • One indoor exhibition space (maximum 6 x 10 feet) or outdoor display opportunity;
  • Complimentary registration for up to 3 people.


Fee: US $5,000


Exhibition Opportunities


A low-cost, but very effective tool to exhibit your products or services with an indoor tabletop or an outdoor display (not exceeding 10 x 30 feet); table, chairs & electricity will be provided
