Registration
fee includes: breakfast, refreshments during the breaks,
and lunch for each day registered; a comprehensive binder
of the proceedings and topic related materials; and dinner
on Monday.
Registration
is transferable. 75% refund with written cancellation
received before February 1, 2004; 50% refund with written
cancellation received before March 1, 2004. Regrettably,
no refunds can be made for cancellations received after
that date. Again, a substitute delegate, however, is welcome
even at the last minute.
If
you plan to pay by bank transfer, we will provide you
with our bank information after we have received your
registration.
EDM
also offers a seldom seen money back guarantee. If you
are not completely satisfied with the quality of the program,
you are eligible for a refund.
All
attendees must show picture ID at the registration desk.
Delegates must be employed by or affiliated with a private
or public sector aviation entity, governmental institution,
emergency response / ARFF / law enforcement / medical
/ safety community. EDM reserves the right to reject (and
refund) registrations if proper credentials are not provided
upon request.
