Sponsorship Opportunities

Each major sponsor will receive recognition during the opening session, in the program, and in all electronic and printed marketing materials, including e-mails delivered to more than 10,000 aviation fire, life safety, and management professionals worldwide.

PLATINUM SPONSOR

All attendees will be provided with a binder containing the Symposium proceedings. As a Platinum Sponsor, your logo will be on the four-color cover sheet of each binder. Platinum Sponsors may include up to three sheets of information in Symposium binders, and receive recognition in all electronic and printed materials, including e-mails to more than 10,000 aviation fire, life safety, and management professionals worldwide. In addition, you will receive five minutes of speaking time to address the audience during the opening session.

Registration Tote bags

We will provide all Symposium attendees with a bag in which to carry their program binder and other materials in throughout the week. Sponsors of the tote bag will receive a complimentary table for tabletop and other displays. Your company logo and name will appear on one side of the tote bag, with the official conference logo on the other. If you share this sponsorship, your logo will appear as one of two or three logos on one side of the tote bag.

Coffee/Refreshment Breaks

Attendees will have plenty of time to enjoy complimentary hot and cold beverages and pastry during the breaks. Ask us how you can take advantage of a low-cost, high exposure sponsorship opportunity for the Symposium breaks. You can supply napkins printed with your company logo. This sponsorship will be recognized by signs and a display of your materials at the break area, in the conference program, and during the Opening Session.

Lunch Breaks

All attendees will receive a complimentary first-class lunch on each day during the Symposium. Take this opportunity to supply napkins printed with your company logo or materials to be distributed on the tables. As a lunch sponsor, your efforts will be recognized by a sign at the lunch area, and it allows you for a five-minute address of the audience, and a silent video/photo presentation during the break.

Table Top Opportunities

Rates are from $ 500/day to $ 1,500 for all four days

If you wish to focus on and network with the Symposium attendees, we provide the opportunity for you to display your company materials and/or a tabletop.
Entirely organized by Inter-Airport <www.inter-airport.com>, you may be interested to exhibit with a 10x10 or larger booth is given at the exhibition floor.
